The Intentional Team Leader

This is a fully customized process of supporting the development of the leaders of intact teams and work groups. We work with team and group leaders to help them become clearer and more capable in service to their teams.

Have you been part of a 360 or received feedback that is challenging you to improve your performance? Our unique Intentional Enterprise process utilizes all available information. We also create custom, strength-based vehicles for gathering constructive input if this is of service to you or your organization.

The Intentional Self-Directed Team

Our uniquely developed process combines dynamic, focused learning events (2-4 hours each) and ongoing coaching. Far more effective than team building workshops alone, this process supports greater team member learning and sustained progress. Established work groups and teams are supported in developing clear, distilled primary intentions that are grounded in their experience and knowledge. These intentions then can effectively guide the decision-making and overall functioning of the group.

Executives in Motion

There is some great literature which addresses the first 90-100 days on the job. This honeymoon phase of any new role comes with great expectations on both sides of the employment contract - as well as fears and unspoken agendas and aspirations.

This is a highly focused 90-day program to support Executives in clarifying their focus in a new role, getting grounded in the new environment and culture, and ensuring they have a clear strategy to be able to operate at their best.
