Appreciative Inquiry

Intentional Enterprise is our unique approach to improving performance. This model is anchored in the principles and philospohy of Appreciative Inquiry. Since its emergence over 20 years ago, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) has become synonymous with strength-based performance improvement and change. This means we start by examining and building on what is already constructive and valuable to an individual, organization or system.

 

Optimal results are achieved in two ways:

We help our clients uncover as much understanding and clarity as possible from their own memorable, peak learning experiences.

Then, using a systems thinking approach, we guide them in applying their distilled knowledge to improve the situation at hand.

By involving as much of the client’s organization as possible (be it a team, business unit or whole organization), progress can be achieved quickly, with greater commitment and energy.
