gate and walk those few remaining footsteps, we discover
that there is a whole new level of clarity and understanding
awaiting us – the very thing we are truly wanting.

what has been written or presented in popular film and
literature and bring the intention discussion to a new
level of understanding. Participants walk away with new
insight they can apply in generating the crystal clarity
and outcomes they seek.
Training is for Dogs. Learning is for People
So much of what we experience as training
is workshop focused: the trainer is the expert and the
participants are to be "trained". We rarely
harvest the tremendous knowledge that already exists
within the individuals in the room. We need to invest
more time in bringing forward the understanding we have
gained so far and applying it more effectively. Then, great
learning evolves and is sustained when the learners share
in the ongoing responsibility of teaching each other
while staying focused on the job.
Each keynote presentation is based on learning
through experience and is customized to support the
