The Intentional Leader
What can help you lead more
effectively in any organization? A clear,
distilled, Primary Intention that you can be accountable to. With
our unique approach, you can create a living, pulsating
intention for your work that underpins your performance. That intention also acts as a container for all of your learning in the
area of management and leadership. We take intention creation beyond what is generally offered. This workshop is fully customized for
each client. The workshop can be offered in 4 hour segments over
an extended period of time. 1-4 days.
The Intentional Enterprise
Our exploration
of Intentional Enterprise takes participants
on a journey to
profound clarity. This workshop is an
action-learning experience. It works with a specific
endeavor, project or initiative in the early
planning stages, or where there is a need for support or course
correction. This workshop is
custom designed for our client's needs.
Appreciative Inquiry Effectiveness - Levels I and II
Velin Performance utilizes the principles and models of Appreciative Inquiry to attain superior results with our clients. We are delighted to offer you two key workshops - fully customized for your specific needs. Appreciative Inquiry I is a basics program which teaches the fundamentals of this change philosophy (1-3 days). Appreciative Inquiry II is an advanced program for those with a grounding in the fundamentals (2-3 days). Participants have the opportunity to work with their specific challenges and learn more advanced applications and refinements.
Experience Primary Intention
This workshop provides greater understanding
and application of Primary Intention. Intention
creation is a skill we develop as we continue to practice
and refine over time. Primary Intention must be distilled,
clarified and re-visited so we can co-create what
we really want. We reinforce the understanding that true Primary Intention underlies at the deepest level the “idea” behind
the outcomes we seek. These are not simply outcomes or desires. Participants explore the key elements
of their peak experiences and apply this understanding to creating clear, distilled Primary Intentions. ½ day – 2
days.
Better Performance Discussions
This learning event focuses on managers
and an aspect of their role that is often challenging
and frustrating: the performance feedback discussion.
In a lively and upbeat environment, participants learn
how to maximize the effectiveness of the performance
feedback discussion, and in turn, support the growth
and increased effectiveness of their direct reports. ½ day – 2
days.
Negotiating with Greater Clarity and Ease
Our negotiation workshop guides participants
to greater capacity, preparation and skill. The first
day focuses on harvesting participants’ peak negotiation experiences
and creating individual negotiation models and intentions.
Then, participants work with their actual negotiation
challenges and cases. We combine theory and structure
- based on the philosophy of proven mutual gains - to
guide participants in building on their individual intentions
and map out their current negotiations.

Meditation to Expand the Center
We are delighted to offer this custom-designed Meditation Workshop specifically for organizations. As a student of meditation for 14 years, Ron Velin has great enthusiasm for the practice of meditation. Ron creates an environment for others to move forward in their experience - even beginners.
